WebIt's happening to me too right now. If I add "--disable-extensions" on to my chrome properties, only then I can run chrome. Haven't figured out which extension is causing the problem though. I disabled the sidebar options but Bing is still appearing and when it does then the Shell Page loading issue occurs. If you select "+" for another tab, delete the tab with the Shell Page issue, it should stop. I tried it a few times for it to cease.
